1 Jan 1847 — Black’s stationReport that Wool-cooth-a-win, alias ‘Old Man Dick’ attempted to spear Mr Mitchell. Police apprehend him on Black’s Station. On 26 June Sturt dismissed charges thinking evidence was insufficient.
